Completely Separating Homeownership (Residence) from Investment

for the resident buyer KRW 500 million

Uniqueness of the Elysium Platform

- 50% of the government-approved sales price is offered; the buyer obtains 50% ownership (land + building) via registration, and 100% usage rights.

- The developer entrusts the remaining 50% ownership by issuing tokens to recoup the other half of the sales price. Token holders gain proportional rights according to their share of the coin, but no residential rights to the specific unit.
